Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and restoration work, with the ability to work on various surfaces and materials.

Duties:
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, or filling holes
- Mask surfaces properly
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces such as walls and fixtures
- Install fixtures as required
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Cut & roll walls & ceilings
-Spray surfaces
- Caulking
- Spackling
Experience:
- Proven experience in painting work
- Ability to mask & prep surfaces effeciently and quickly
- Ability to maintain and repair hand tools and power tools
- Ability to spray using a paint sprayer
- Ability to properly cut clean paint lines
- Ability to properly caulk & spackle
- Experience with 30 Ft ladders
